Across seven vibrant Saturday nights on the odd dates of summer and autumn, our waterfront transforms into a global feast, with 20+ passionate food vendors serving flavours from Aotearoa, Asia, the Mediterranean, the Middle East, the Pacific, Europe, and the Americas.

This is a market built for foodies — people who come to taste, explore, and celebrate the incredible diversity of kai in our region. Every night has its own theme, highlighting hero dishes from around the world while still offering the full range of cuisines our vendors bring.
